Celine Dion had what some might call a “wardrobe malfunction” when she appeared onstage at the Jamaica Jazz Festival recently. She was clad in a short gold and white minidress designed by Balmain as she hit the stage, but apparently hadn’t accounted for the fact that she’d be on an elevated stage with the audience in low seating. There was nothing R-rated that could be seen, maybe just PG-13.
