A knife-wielding man attempted to enter Paris Hilton’s Los Angeles home earlier this week, and it probably won’t come as much of surprise that she Twittered about it: "So Scary, just got woken up to a guy trying to break into my house holding 2 big knifes [sic]. Cops are here arresting him."

Lucky for Paris, her boyfriend, Las Vegas nightclub bigwig Cy Waits, was at her home when the incident happened. Paris and Cy heard banging on the windows at about 6:30 am. Cy came downstairs and saw the suspect outside, so he proceeded outside with drawn gun and held the suspect until police arrived. According to TMZ sources, Paris is quoted as saying, “Thank God Cy was there, he saved my life."

The suspect, Nathan Parada, found out where Hilton lives buy purchasing a “map of the stars” on the street. He is being held on 5150 psychiatric hold…and Paris is reinforcing security at her home.
