The Venetian Las Vegas

The romance of Venice, Italy has been painstakingly recreated at the Venetian Las Vegas Resort and Casino. The magic starts at the breathtaking grand entrance of the Venetian, where you'll find a canal with gondolas and a majestic square to rival those found in the finest European cities.

The creators of the Venetian have taken painstaking measures to adhere to the Italianate theme throughout. A breathtaking ceiling fresco that runs between the hotel check-in area and the casino constantly stops visitors in their tracks.

Every room in the Venetian is a suite. The hotel has 4,027 suites total, with 3,014 suites in the main tower and 1,013 suites in the Venezia tower. The Venezia tower was recently constructed at a reported cost of $275 million and features 700-square-foot suites throughout. For the ultimate in luxury and comfort, the top five floors overlooking the strip or the pool deck are Concierge Level suites. These exclusive suites include private access and check in, fresh flowers, specialty bath items, personal assistance with show and travel arrangements, and a private lounge offering complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon tea, and a cocktail hour featuring evening drinks and canapés.

Located on the fourth floor, the Pool Garden Courtyard at the Venetian is evocative of a lush Italian garden. It includes three pools, a hot tub, and 24 cabanas. Cabanas are furnished with a flat-panel TV, DVD player, chaise lounges, reading material, fruit platter, stocked refrigerator, air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan, a cooling mist system, and a cabana host. Guests of the Venezia enjoy their own intimate pool area on the tenth floor of the Venezia.

The combined nineteen restaurants of the Venetian and Venezia offer a myriad of casual and fine dining choices including Delmonico Steakhouse by Emeril Lagasse, Postrio by Wolfgang Puck, B&B Ristorante by Mario Batali, and Grand Lux Café by Cheesecake Factory.

The 120,000-square-foot-casino boasts blackjack, craps, roulette, Pai Gow, keno, slots, and a sports book. The Venetian poker room offers a wide variety of table games, a separate high-stakes area, and a smoke-free environment.

For entertainment of a non-gaming sort, there's shopping in the Grand Canal Shoppes. The highlight of the shopping area is the gondolas that travel on a canal that meanders through the shop area. As the gondoliers deftly maneuver their crafts beneath bridges and down the canal, they sing to their passengers. For more excitement, guests to the Venetian can visit Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum, party in one of the four nightclubs, or see the spectacular Phantom of the Opera. For the ultimate in relaxation, the Canyon Ranch Spa Club offers 62 treatment rooms and a variety of exotic treatments.

The Venetian offers the luxury and sophistication found in the finest hotels in the world along with the fantasy and excitement expected on the Las Vegas strip.
