Save Money & Get Married in Las Vegas
January 7, 2013
A Vegas wedding… Not necessarily every young girl’s dream, but not a bad way to tie the knot either! If you’re thinking about getting hitched sometime soon, why not consider having a Las Vegas wedding? Your wedding party may not be quite the size that it would at home, but a more intimate crowd in a far-away city might be exactly what you need.
Worried about the cost? Don’t be. Las Vegas weddings are way cheaper than whatever you’d spend at home. That’s almost a guarantee. You can pull of a perfect Vegas wedding for as little as $200 to $500, including wedding chapel fees, a marriage license, photos, music, cake, flowers, video, etc.
You might want to plan out your Las Vegas wedding, or you could just exchange the vows spur of the moment with that special someone in your life. Either way, we’d like to recommend these two Vegas wedding chapels to you and your betrothed.
It doesn’t get much better than this. Graceland Chapel is the quintessential Las Vegas wedding chapel. It’s one of the few freestanding wedding chapels on the strip, which makes it an especially popular destination for many brides. Also, “Graceland” is in the name, and you know what that means… you can get Elvis to escort you down the aisle!
While you can get the $199 Elvis package, we would highly recommend shelling out the extra cash for The Famous Dueling Elvis Package. For the rest of your life, you’ll be able to tell friends and family that you had two different Elvis impersonators dueling one another at your wedding. If they don’t believe your fortune, just whip out the DVD of the ceremony, which is included in the package.
A Little White Wedding Chapel
If that’s way too much Elvis for you, then you might want to consider A Little White Wedding Chapel. While some say it’s “classier,” we think its glory pales in comparison to everything offered down the street at Graceland Chapel. (It’s important to note that you will find neither a gold lame-clad nor sequin-studded Elvis at this chapel.)
