Burlesque, the art of seduction and risqué entertainment made popular by burlesque legends like Gypsy Rose Lee, is enjoying a surge in popularity. Modern burlesque explodes on the Las Vegas strip in the provocative production Peepshow--but this is not the burlesque of the old vaudeville days.

Peepshow is a modern, stylistic take on the art of the striptease starring Playboy Playmate and TV reality star Holly Madison and sexy singer and actress Aubrey O'Day. O'Day is a former member of the girl group Danity Kane and played the role of Amber Von Tussle in the Broadway musical Hairspray. Her character, Peep Diva, takes Madison's character, Bo Peep, on a journey of self-exploration, helping Bo Peep realize her feminine power. The Peep duo meets several interesting characters along the way, portrayed by a group of very hot and very talented dancers.

The playfully naughty story is told against the backdrop of "fractured" fairy tales told in a new and sensual way. Bo Peep, a shy and retiring sort, is featured in black and white at the beginning of the show. She falls asleep while reading a book of fairy tales, and the audience is taken through a journey of her fantastic dreams.

Peepshow features an all-female band performing exciting new music. Glamorous costumes designed by Tony-award winning costume designer Gregg Barnes reveal plenty without revealing too much…because after all, isn't that what real striptease is all about?

Lush stage decoration and creative choreography by Jerry Mitchell, who has won several theater awards including the Tony Award, make this Las Vegas show an irresistible force. Peepshow was conceived by Mitchell and it truly is the culmination of his career thus far. "Peepshow has been a dream of mine for a long time and now that dream is coming true," he said.

Madison and O'Day take over the roles formerly played by Spice Girl Mel B. and actress Kelly Monaco in this scintillating show at Planet Hollywood, and the Peepshow creative team plans on featuring different hot celebrities for multiple-month engagements.

With the combined beauty, talent, and star power of Holly Madison and Aubrey O'Day, Peep Show has exploded onto the Las Vegas scene.
